Hi, I've been trying to backup my Sony Xperia Go with Sony PC Companion on and off for the past year. It has consistently failed each time and I've let it slide in the past but I do really need to back it up. At the moment I go through the backup procedure, choose what I want backed up (i.e. Everything) the blue bar moves along until its about 1/4 of the way across and then everything goes black and I'm sat waiting for 5 minutes until this error appears: I've followed these instructions twice but still get the same result. Can anyone help?
